Monday - Friday: 8am-4pm
Friday’s will be delivery day for weekend cakes, as I don’t work the weekends. In the event you need your cake for Saturday or Sunday, I will give you all the information you need so your cake will keep till your ready for it.
Policies & Cancellations
Booking your order
All cake orders must be placed 4 weeks in advance. Once the details are decided, a non refundable deposit of 50% of your total is due to book the order. Cakes will not be made without the deposit. The remainder is due the day prior to delivery or pickup.
Refunds
Orders cancelled at least 3 weeks before the due date will be eligible to receive a refund of their deposit.
If you cake doesn’t taste satisfactory upon serving, then it can be returned to me within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, in exchange for a partial refund. At least 3/4 of the cake must be returned to qualify.
If for any reason I cancel your order, you will be refunded entirely.
Changes to your orders
Changes to your order including, flavor, fillings, and decorations, will NOT be accepted less than 2 weeks before the due date. Changes are subject to additional charges.
Cake Storage and Transport
Cakes are affected by temperature. In warmer months make sure your car is cooled down to 72 degrees maximum BEFORE pick up.
Cakes should be transported on a level surface i.e. the floor or climate controlled trunk (hatch back style).
Cakes should never be transported on the passenger seat, in the lap of a passenger, or in the trunk on a hot day.
Do not leave cake in the car to run errands. Vehicles heat up very quickly when the AC is not running.
Drive as if you have a newborn baby in the car. Refrain from braking too quickly, and turning to fast.
Once arriving with the cake, its best to store the cake in a box, in the refrigerator. If this isn’t a option, trying storing the cake in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
My cakes taste best at room temperature. Bring the cake out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
If your event is outdoors, refrain from bringing the cake outside until immediately before serving.
